Juniper Compatible QSFP28 100GBASE-SR BiDi 850nm 100m DOM Duplex LC/UPC MMF Optical Transceiver Module

The Juniper Compatible QSFP28 100GBASE-SR BiDi 850nm 100m DOM Duplex LC/UPC MMF Optical Transceiver Module is a pluggable optical transceiver with a duplex LC connector interface for short-reach data communication and interconnect applications using Multi-Mode Fiber (MMF). It offers customers a compelling solution that enables reuse of their existing 10 Gb duplex MMF infrastructure for migration to 100 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity. This transceiver is compliant with the QSFP28 MSA and IEEE 802.3bm CAUI-4 electrical interface. Digital diagnostics functions are also available via an I2C interface, as specified by the QSFP28 MSA, to allow access to real-time operating parameters.

Quality Assurance

R&D team consists of experts with years of experience in the optical communications industry. Our manufacturers are top-class in the industry and support a product OEM. Installing a third-party transceiver does not affect your network equipment.

Quality Certifications

We follow the principle of quality first. We strictly control the quality of our products and comply with certification and safety standards. Currently, our products comply with industry standards and mainstream quality certifications, such as ISO 9001, CE, RoHS, FCC, UKCA, and so on.

Our advantages

Besides the price advantage we have compared to branded cables, MVSLINK InfiniBand Cables also maintain the same performance and reliability. To satisfy our customers` needs of high performance, all of our cables are tested multiple times in mainstream original brand switches in our test center before shipped out.

Advanced R&D Center

MVSLINK has an R&D center in Shanghai, focusing on analyzing customer and market needs and working with leading strategic R&D partners.

Quality Assurance

Each product has been tested for compatibility and interoperability on host devices, and has received many international certifications such as ISO, CE, and RoHS.

Customized Coding

All parts can be programmed to meet specific needs and unique codes can be created for customized network solutions.

Compatibility Guarantee

Questions & Answers

Q: Is this “QSFP28-BIDI-100G” same/the equivalent of “Cisco QSFP-40/100-SRBD”?
A: Not the same, the two applications on the biggest characteristics of the original duplex multi-mode LC fiber can be multiplexed, but the two working principle is not the same, it should be noted that the two can not be interconnected to use, for example: the left side of the use of Cisco QSFP-40/100-SRBD, the right side of the use of our QSFP28-BIDI-100G.
Q: What module should be used on the opposite end of the QSFP28-BIDI-100G module?
A: This belongs to the SWDM4 class module, characterized by: 4 channels with different wavelengths from each other, so the opposite end must also be such a module to be able to; you can buy specific compatible according to your equipment brand.
Q: CanMvslink provide dual rate QSFP-40/100-SRBD transceiver?
A: Yes, we can provide it.
Q: What is the difference between the QSFP28-BIDI-100G module and the legacy QSFP28-SRBD-100G?
A: The QSFP28-BIDI-100G in our line is actually a 100GBASE-SR module, which is used for 100G duplex LC multimode transmission just like the conventional QSFP28-SRBD-100G. The main difference between the two is the result and the transmission mode. The QSFP28-BIDI-100G has a 4x25G internal transmission structure; the legacy QSFP28-SRBD-100G has a 2x50G internal transmission structure.
Q: What module should be used at the other end of the QSFP28-BIDI-100G module?
A: This is a 100G module, and its characteristics are: the wavelengths of the 4 channels are different from each other (850nm, 880nm, 910nm and 940nm), so the opposite end must also be such a module; you can buy a specific one according to your equipment brand Compatible products.
