Quality Assurance

R&D team consists of experts with years of experience in the optical communications industry. Our manufacturers are top-class in the industry and support a product OEM. Installing a third-party transceiver does not affect your network equipment.

Quality Certifications

We follow the principle of quality first. We strictly control the quality of our products and comply with certification and safety standards. Currently, our products comply with industry standards and mainstream quality certifications, such as ISO 9001, CE, RoHS, FCC, UKCA, and so on.

Our advantages

Besides the price advantage we have compared to branded cables, MVSLINK InfiniBand Cables also maintain the same performance and reliability. To satisfy our customers` needs of high performance, all of our cables are tested multiple times in mainstream original brand switches in our test center before shipped out.

Advanced R&D Center

MVSLINK has an R&D center in Shanghai, focusing on analyzing customer and market needs and working with leading strategic R&D partners.

Quality Assurance

Each product has been tested for compatibility and interoperability on host devices, and has received many international certifications such as ISO, CE, and RoHS.

Customized Coding

All parts can be programmed to meet specific needs and unique codes can be created for customized network solutions.

Questions & Answers

Q: What is the difference of the suitable application scenarios between QSFP28-BIDI-100G and QSFP-SR4-100G?
A: Hello, both the QSFP28-BIDI-100G and QSFP-SR4-100G are suitable for short-distance data center transmission. The QSFP-SR4-100G uses MTP 12-core/8-core Type B polarity cables and supports distances of up to 100m. The QSFP28-BIDI-100G uses LC duplex cables and supports distances of up to 150m. It offers cost savings in fiber infrastructure expenditures compared to 100G SR4.
Q: Can the 100G SR4 transceiver be downgraded to 1G after disabling CDR functionality?
A: Hello, CDR is enabled by default. It can be downgraded to a 1G rate after disabling it.
Q: What is the 100G QSFP28 SR4 transceiver max supported distances?
A: This transceiver can support a maximum distance of up to 70 meters over OM3 multimode fiber and up to 100 meters over OM4 multimode fiber.
Q: Is it necessary to clean a transceiver’s optical connector? How to clean the QSFP-SR4-100GE transceivers?
A: Of course, the dust and contamination on the connectors may reduce the TX power or cause other problems, you’d better clean connectors each time when you disconnect or reconnect them. MTP/MPO-8/12/24 Cleaner can be used to clean the 100G SR4 transceivers.
