NVIDIA MFS1S90-H003E Compatible AOC 3m (10ft) 2x200G QSFP56 to 2x200G QSFP56 InfiniBand HDR Active Optical Breakout Cable

MVSLINK QSFP-2Q200G-2Q56AOC is a QSFP56 VCSEL-based (Vertical Cavity Surface-Emitting Laser), cost-effective 2x 200Gb/s to 2x 200Gb/s active optical splitter cable (AOC), designed for use in 200Gb/s InfiniBand (IB) HDR (High Data Rate) systems. The cable enables a HDR InfiniBand QSFP56 switch port to operate as 2x HDR100. It creates a non-blocking fat-tree topology doubling the number of ports. This eliminates a third level of switching, which is needed for traditional cluster design of 1600 up to 3200 HDR100 ports, and results in significant CAPEX and OPEX savings. MVSLINK’s cable solutions provide power-efficient connectivity enabling higher port bandwidth, density and configurability at a low cost and reduced power requirement in the data centers.

Quality Assurance

R&D team consists of experts with years of experience in the optical communications industry. Our manufacturers are top-class in the industry and support a product OEM. Installing a third-party transceiver does not affect your network equipment.

Quality Certifications

We follow the principle of quality first. We strictly control the quality of our products and comply with certification and safety standards. Currently, our products comply with industry standards and mainstream quality certifications, such as ISO 9001, CE, RoHS, FCC, UKCA, and so on.

Our advantages

Besides the price advantage we have compared to branded cables, MVSLINK InfiniBand Cables also maintain the same performance and reliability. To satisfy our customers` needs of high performance, all of our cables are tested multiple times in mainstream original brand switches in our test center before shipped out.

Advanced R&D Center

MVSLINK has an R&D center in Shanghai, focusing on analyzing customer and market needs and working with leading strategic R&D partners.

Quality Assurance

Each product has been tested for compatibility and interoperability on host devices, and has received many international certifications such as ISO, CE, and RoHS.

Customized Coding

All parts can be programmed to meet specific needs and unique codes can be created for customized network solutions.

Questions & Answers

Q: What is the 2x200G HDR Splitter Cable?
A: The 2Q2Q56-200G-A3H cable is a cost-effective, QSFP56 VCSEL-based, 2x 200Gb/s to 2x 200Gb/s active optical splitter cable (AOC) with an EEPROM on each QSFP56 end. It provides product and status monitoring information that can be read by the host system, and it complies with SFF-8665/RoHS/FF-8636 standards.
Q: What speeds does the 2x200G HDR Splitter Cable support?
A: This cable supports InfiniBand 200G HDR as well as HDR100.
Q: What are the main application scenarios for the 2x200G HDR Splitter Cable?
A: The cable is primarily used to connect 200G ToR/Leaf switches and Spine switches in a fat-tree topology, providing cross-connection functionality that allows HDR InfiniBand QSFP56 switch ports to operate as 2x HDR100.
Q: What kind of chips are used in this 200G HDR Splitter Cable?
A: This product uses Semtech chip, which has the advantages of high integration, low power consumption and low cost.
Q: What is the difference in usage between the 2x200G HDR Splitter Cable and the 200G HDR direct connection cable?
A: A single 2x200G HDR Splitter Cable with 4 modules occupying 4 ports achieves 100G bidirectional bandwidth in the same fully interconnected setup between two Spine switches and two Leaf switches. In contrast, using HDR 200G direct connection cables requires 4 cables and 8 switch ports to achieve 200G bidirectional bandwidth. While direct connection cables offer increased bandwidth, they limit network scalability due to port constraints compared to the 2x200G Splitter Cable.
