Extreme Networks 10GB-LRM-SFPP Compatible SFP+ 10GBASE-LRM 1310nm 220m DOM Duplex LC/UPC MMF/SMF Optical Transceiver Module supports up to 220m over OM3 multimode fiber (MMF). This transceiver is compliant with SFF-8431, SFF-8432 and IEEE 802.3aq 10GBASE-LRM. Digital diagnostics monitoring is available via a 2-wire serial interface, as specified in SFF-8472. Featuring low power consumption, high speed, this 10G SFP+ transceiver is ideal for data center, 10G Ethernet and Legacy FDDI multimode links etc.

A: I suggest purchasing in pairs since BIDI modules typically require usage in pairs.

Q: I would like to use SFP-10G-LRM to connect Mikrotik devices. Can I choose the Generic compatible?
A: If your device has 10G ports, you can choose Generic compatible. Please note that the LRM module needs to be used in pairs. When using long-distance modules for short distances, it is necessary to use attenuators together to avoid damaging the modules.
