Q: What are the differences between 200G HDR, 100G HDR100, and 100G EDR?
A: 200G HDR uses 4x50G PAM4 modulation, HDR100 uses 2x50G PAM4 modulation, and 100G EDR uses 4x25G NRZ modulation. Generally, 200G HDR devices can be backward-compatible with both HDR100 and EDR, but EDR devices cannot be compatible with HDR100 or HDR.
Q: What about the interface?
A: It’s 4×53.125 Gb/s and 2×53.125 Gb/s electrical.
