Brocade AFBR-734SMZ Compatible SFP28 25GBASE-SR 850nm 100m DOM Duplex LC/UPC MMF Optical Transceiver Module

Brocade AFBR-734SMZ compatible SFP28 transceiver adopts LC duplex connectors, reaching a link up to 100m over OM4 MMF (70m over OM3). The SFP28 transceiver module supports running on the same 1G/10G network cabling Infrastructure, giving 2.5 times increase in speed at least, and the built-in DDM/DOM functions monitor the real-time operating status. Each SFP28 transceiver module is individually tested on a series of Brocade switches, and is fully compliant with the SFP28 MSA, RoHS, CPRI, and the eCPRI standards. Featuring low power consumption, high speed, this 25G transceiver is ideal for 25G Ethernet, telecom, and data center.

Q:Can this optic be forced to 10Gbps? or is 25Gbps the only supported speed?
A:Thank you for your question. This optic can support 25Gbps only.
Q: I intend to purchase 25G MMF modules linking S5860-24XB-U and Intel XXV710-Based Ethernet Network Interface Card, 25G Dual-Port SFP28, PCIe 3.0 x8, distance 100M. But I am worried that the actual transmission distance can not reach 100M.
A: Hi, the transmission distance of 25GBASE-SR SFP28 is able to reach 100m in my data center, the budget is sufficient.
Q: Can this module support 10G?
A: It can support 10G, but you need to configure it to 10G code and re-code it when you need to it to back up to 25G. But if you need dual-rate modules, better consider this one 10G and 25G dual-rate transceivers.
Q:Do you support customization?
A:Definitely yes, customization is available according to your product requirements.
Q:Can l get a sample first?
