QSFPDD Active Optical Cable (AOC) is a fiber optic connectivity solution using QSFP-DD (Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable Double Density) packaging technology. The QSFP-DD is a high-speed transceiver package that is similar to the current QSFP package but with the addition of a row of contacts to provide an 8-channel electrical interface.
