NVIDIA MFS1S50-H001V/MFS1S50-H001E Compatible AOC 1m (3ft) 200G QSFP56 to 2x100G QSFP56 InfiniBand HDR Active Optical Breakout Cable

MVSLINK QSFP-200G-2Q56AOC is a QSFP56 VCSEL-based (Vertical Cavity Surface-Emitting Laser), cost-effective 200Gb/s to 2 x 100Gb/s active optical splitter cable (AOC) designed for use in 200Gb/s InfiniBand (IB) HDR (High Data Rate) and 200GbE systems. The MFS1S50 cable is compliant with SFF-8665 for the QSFP56 pluggable solution. It provides connectivity between system units with a 200Gb/s connector on one side and two separate 100Gb/s connectors on the other side, such as a switch and two servers. MVSLINK’s cable solutions provide power-efficient connectivity enabling higher port bandwidth, density and configurability at a low cost and reduced power requirement in the data centers.

Quality Assurance

R&D team consists of experts with years of experience in the optical communications industry. Our manufacturers are top-class in the industry and support a product OEM. Installing a third-party transceiver does not affect your network equipment.

Quality Certifications

We follow the principle of quality first. We strictly control the quality of our products and comply with certification and safety standards. Currently, our products comply with industry standards and mainstream quality certifications, such as ISO 9001, CE, RoHS, FCC, UKCA, and so on.

Our advantages

Besides the price advantage we have compared to branded cables, MVSLINK InfiniBand Cables also maintain the same performance and reliability. To satisfy our customers` needs of high performance, all of our cables are tested multiple times in mainstream original brand switches in our test center before shipped out.

Advanced R&D Center

MVSLINK has an R&D center in Shanghai, focusing on analyzing customer and market needs and working with leading strategic R&D partners.

Quality Assurance

Each product has been tested for compatibility and interoperability on host devices, and has received many international certifications such as ISO, CE, and RoHS.

Customized Coding

All parts can be programmed to meet specific needs and unique codes can be created for customized network solutions.

Questions & Answers

Q: Whether the InfiniBand cables MFS1S50-H001E can be used on Ethernet switches?
A: Yes, InfiniBand cables MFS1S50-H001E can be used for both IB and Ethernet, but Ethernet cables can only be used for Ethernet. MVSLINK provides both high cost-effective IB and Ethernet cables for your options.
Q: We have some QM8700 200G switches connected with the original IB cables MFS1S50-H001E , whether there’ll be any incompatibility problem if we use them with your cables?
A: MVSLINK IB cables are perfect alternative option for Mellanox MFS1S50-H001E, beyond IBTA industry bit-error-rate (BER) standards. We can provide the technical test report for your specified original device environment.
Q: What are the differences between 200G HDR, 100G HDR100, and 100G EDR?
A: 200G HDR uses 4x50G PAM4 modulation, HDR100 uses 2x50G PAM4 modulation, and 100G EDR uses 4x25G NRZ modulation. Generally, 200G HDR devices can be backward-compatible with both HDR100 and EDR, but EDR devices cannot be compatible with HDR100 or HDR.
Q: What’s the difference between QM8700 and QM8790 switches? Whether there is a difference in the selection of the cables?
A: There is no difference in function and performance between QM8700 and QM8790. QM8700 is managed, and QM8790 is unmanaged (out-of-band management). MVSLINK can provide 200G IB AOC and DAC cables that can be used with the two switches.
Q: What’s the operating temperature of the cables?
A: The cables operate at a commercial temperature range (0 to 70°C).
